Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes is, by its own § 1, "the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of Oklahoma." Oklahoma practice cites it as “12 O.S.” (Okla. Stat. tit. 12, § N in Bluebook form). All 45 chapters are covered below, including the standalone Small Claims, Arbitration, Pleading, Evidence and Discovery Codes. A companion page covers the Rules for District Courts of Oklahoma, where the state's summary-judgment and pretrial rules live.

Rules for District Courts of Oklahoma
A companion ruleset promulgated by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma · 27 active rules · 31 in the official compilation
Browse the Rules for District Courts of Oklahoma → — including Rule 4 (Motions), Rule 5 (Pretrial Procedure), Rule 13 (Summary Judgment), and Rule 15 (Disqualification of Judges).
All 4 chunks (Chapters 1-41a, the complete Title 12): 679 of 1,621 reconciled section numbers are dead stubs, nearly all "[Repealed]"; Chapters 4, 16-18, 22, and 32 are entirely or nearly entirely dead (22 and 32 fully renumbered out to Title 43 in 1989). Dead stubs shown unlinked. Chapter 13's own official heading reads "Limitation of Actions," but its actual content governs time limits on judgment EXECUTION and enforcement (dormancy, renewal, contribution among execution debtors) -- a genuinely different species of "limitation" than Chapter 3's ordinary filing-deadline statutes, not a mislabeled chapter. Chapter 15 contains a large embedded appendix of Oklahoma Supreme Court Rules of Appellate Procedure, and Chapter 37 a smaller embedded appendix of dispute-mediation-program rules -- both excluded from this build for now, tracked as a future follow-up. Two not-yet-effective acts are included as active sections but framed accordingly in their commentary: Chapter 19's §§1121-1129 (the Uniform Civil Remedies for Unauthorized Disclosure of Intimate Images Act, eff. 11/1/2026) and Chapter 41A's §§3401-3408 (the Uniform Judicial Interview of Children Act, eff. 11/1/2026). This completes the Oklahoma Code of Civil Procedure at this build's defined scope.
